Reservation Flow
Note: Due to the Honolulu County Lodging Ordinance, this property can only accept reservations with a minimum stay of 30 nights.

If you are able to secure a reservation, the total estimated fee including taxes, fees, etc., and payment method will be included in the e-mail we reply to you. Please confirm the details before making payment.
Accommodation fee: $3,000~ / 30 nights ($100/night), excluding taxes and fees
Long stay discount available: 31-45 nights – $95/night , 46 nights or more – $90/night
Minimum stay: 30 nights
*Minimum stay is based on the City and County of Honolulu Short-Term Lodging Ordinance and building codes. Reservations for less than the minimum number of nights will not be accepted.
Maximum number of guests: 4 (3 years old and up)
*The maximum number of guests is based on building rules and the number of beds. Reservations for more than the maximum number of guests cannot be accepted. 3 years old and older are generally included in the number of guests.
Payment for Reservations
We accept payment for reservations by the following credit cards only.

Precautions during your stay
- Vacation rentals are not hotels. Vacation rentals are just a style of accommodation where you rent someone else’s room and stay as if you were living in your own home. That is why the advantage of “cheap accommodation” and the disadvantage of “do-it-yourself” coexist. There is no 24-hour concierge service like a hotel, so if you need extra amenities, you will need to go to the local supermarket to buy them, or if there are bugs, you will need to take them out by yourself during your stay. If you enjoy staying as if you were living in the apartment, please use our room rental service.
- In compliance with Hawaii State Law, smoking is not permitted in the entire building, including the lanai of your room smoking is not permitted in the entire building, including ). If smoking is found in the room or on the lanai, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- We do not allow mail to be sent to your condominium. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, please contact us. If mail is sent to a locked mailbox in your room without notice, the person in charge of your room will need to obtain the key from the owner or building management and pick up the mail on your behalf, which may result in an additional charge.
- Pets or animals of any kind are not allowed. Please inform us of any legally recognized service animals before making a reservation. If you do not inform us, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be subject to special cleaning charges if this is discovered.
- No business activities are allowed except for the purpose of accommodation. No events such as weddings or large parties are allowed.
- Please note that common facilities and amenities may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons outside of this room. Please be aware of this in advance. Please note that even in such cases, no reduction will be applied.
- Facilities and amenities not indicated in the room details, such as a landline telephone, safe deposit box, etc., are generally not provided. Please be aware of this.
